The reason you can mix/match these is because they each have a $3/2 coupon this week. Mix it up however you like, but because each coupon attaches to 2 items, i.e. Aussie $3/2, you must have 2 Aussie to use that one, etc!
Edited to add: At my Target, Head and Shoulders included 2 sizes. The regular sized for $4.79, and the big ones for $4.99. If you get the $4.79, you can save a little more, though the $4.99 ones are larger!
