Giant Eagle Deals: June 26-July 2

Giant Eagle has some great deals coming up this week! This is just a few of the best, I will add more as I see them!  Their sales begin Thursdays, so you may be able to snag some great July 4th cookout deals this week and some next week. I’m hoping to put together a post detailing the best ‘July 4th Cookout Deals’ since that’s what most of the stores will be offering this and next week. For the best sales and matchups, please visit www.ladysavings.com. Tammy posts ALL of the deals from this week’s ad – I just choose which ones I think are the best and post them on my page.. She is awesome, please check out Lady Savings for even more deals!

As always, please let me know if you have any questions! I am going to try to include as many tips as possible so those who are new to couponing can easily do these deals.

Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper or boxed potatoes: 10 for $9, when you buy 10 (lesser quantities sold at $1 each).
For those new to couponing, GE has Hamburger Helper on sale for $1 about once every month or two. So, there’s no need to buy 100 boxes for $1 each! Coupons for those also come out pretty often. Use this 50 cent coupon that will double to $1, making them free! Keep in mind, each computer will only print 2 coupons, and you can only use 2 like printables at Giant Eagle.

Purchase: 1 Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper
Use: .50/1 coupon
Final Price = FREE!
Note: The 10 for $9 is a good deal if you really need/plan on purchasing 10. Because you can only use (2) like printables, you would get a combination of 10 Hamburger Helpers and boxed potatoes for $7, which is .70 each. Personally, I do not need that many because sales recycle often, but if you do need them, it’s a good deal.

Old El Paso: $1.50 off of Meat Instantly, when you buy 4 Old El Paso products listed. This is a great deal. Many of these items are on sale 4 for $5 or $1.25 each, which means you could spend $5 and get $1.50 off of any meat purchase you’re making that day. If you’re buying meat anyways, consider this deal 4 for $3.50!
Products included: Old El Paso shells, beans, sauce or chili ($1.25 each), or Old El Paso dinner kits ($2 each).
Coupons: $1 off 3 Old El Paso products, from www.coupons.com
.75/1 Old El Paso Dinner kit, flour tortillas or Taco Shells, coupon here!
Deal idea: Purchase Old El Paso dinner kit, $2, use .75/1 that will double to $1.50, and you pay .50 for dinner kit.
Combination of 3: shells, beans, sauce, or chili = $3.75, use $1/3 = $2.75
Pay: $2.75 + .50 = $3.25 for all 4, plus get $1.50 off the meat of your choice! Great idea for taco night!

Deal idea #2: Just dinner kits.
Purchase 2 dinner kits = $4 total.
Use (2) .75/1 coupons, will each double to $1.50 off
Final Price = $2.50 for 2 dinner kits!

Deal idea #3: Just shells
Purchase 2 shells @ $1.25 each = $2.25
Use .75/1 coupon (only good for flour tortillas, taco shells, and dinner kits)
Final Price = FREE after doubling!

Vlasic Relish or Pepper Rings $1
If you have the $.50/1 Vlasic pickles, peppers, or relish coupon from the 5/11 SS, you’re in luck. This doubles to make these FREE.

Suddenly Salad $1
This is also a product that often goes $10/10, especially in the summertime. Use this coupon:http://coupons.everydaysaver.com/v3/printn.html?1544, which is for .50/1 Suddenly Salad, to get them for FREE!
If you have the $.50/2 coupon from the 6/8 SS insert, you can use it to get 2 of these for .50 each.

Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread: Buy One, Get One Free!
The way Giant Eagle’s BOGO sales work are awesome. You do NOT have to purchase 2 items. You can purchase only one, and the item will ring up as half price. Garlic Bread is regularly $2.98, but will ring up $1.49 with the sale.
Purchase: Pepperidge Farm Garlic Bread, BOGO, rings up $1.49
Use: $.50/1 Pepperidge Farm frozen bread or rolls packages from 06/08 SS
Final Price: .49 for garlic bread
